Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan has hired two partners, Gaurav Dayal and Amritha Salian, to its corporate and M&A practice group.

Dayal was previously associate general counsel at Indian hotel marketplace OYO, and prior to that a principal associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, where he worked for 11 years as part of the firm’s M&A and private equity practice. Salian joins Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan from Themis Associates (now Algo Legal), where she was an associate partner. Salian’s primary practice areas are private equity and venture capital investments, acquisitions and commercial contracts. [/ihc-hide-content]
