Merits recruits in-house counsel

Merits & Tree has hired Ru Qinggu in its Shenzhen office.

Ru’s main practice areas include cross-border transaction and trade, government regulation, compliance and dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm, Ru worked as the in-house counsel to Huawei, Yutong Bus and Skyworth.
