Bharat Sharma has joined HSA Advocates as a partner in its Mumbai office. He is the twelfth partner in the firm’s corporate commercial practice.
Sharma moves to the firm from Naik Naik & Co. He began his career at Crawford Bayley & Co and then practised with Talwar Thakore & Associates, where he was seconded to Linklaters in Hong Kong. He also worked at Khaitan & Co, leading corporate M&A and infrastructure transactions.

He specializes in inbound and outbound M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, regulatory advisory and general corporate work.

Sharma’s appointment takes the firm to 24 partners and associate partners across New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata.
