Nisha Kaur Uberoi joined AZB & Partners as partner and co-head of its competition law practice on 3 August. She was previously a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM).

Uberoi began her career at Amarchand Mangaldas before moving to Singapore to work with Rajah & Tann and Ashurst. Uberoi then returned to Amarchand and became part of CAM after Amarchand was dissolved.
She said she was “delighted” to join AZB & Partners and looked forward to working with the team to take its competition practice from strength to strength. “We are the only competition practice in India to have competition teams located in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, which allows us to leverage our significant bench strength and provide seamless service to clients,” she told India Business Law Journal.
