Verist Law, a fledgling firm founded by Srishti Ojha in 2014, has added two partners to its fold. They are Suchita Ambadipudi, who was a senior associate with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), and Sudha Muddaiah, formerly a principal associate at Link Legal India Law Services.

Ambadipudi, who joins the firm in Bangalore, has several years of transactional experience having worked on capital markets and general corporate deals at CAM and S&R Associates. She has also worked as a research associate at the Indian School of Business and prior to that was at Amarchand Mangaldas.
Muddaiah, who joins Verist’s Mumbai office, has over 12 years of experience on structured finance deals in the real estate and projects area, and also in capital markets. She has worked with Crawford Bayley & Co and Luthra & Luthra and as a legal consultant at Reliance Industries.
The firm now has a team of 10 lawyers including three partners.
