Eversheds has added Charles Butcher to its Hong Kong office as a partner in their corporate division.
Butcher is a corporate finance lawyer with a regional practice focusing on public and private M&A, private equity and venture capital. Before his move to Eversheds, he served as a consultant to Hogan Lovells in Hong Kong.

Butcher has advised on crossborder investments, divestments, joint ventures, restructuring and financing transactions in the greater China region, Mongolia, India, Singapore and a number of countries in Southeast Asia. He has particular expertise in the healthcare, technology, telecommunications, media and natural resources sectors.
