Two lawyers from Legasis Partners law firm in October announced their return to India Law Alliance, a firm they established in Mumbai in 2004.

The two former Legasis partners are Kamlesh Kharade, a dispute resolution, intellectual property and real estate specialist, and Anupam Dighe, a capital markets, taxation and dispute resolution specialist. Kharade and Dighe had transferred their India Law Alliance practice to Legasis in 2007, but have decided to go their own way once again.
Legasis (or Legal Systems and Integrated Solutions) was established in 2005 under the leadership of managing partner Suhas Tuljapurkar. The law firm, which provides legal outsourcing support services in a wide range of practice areas, has offices in Mumbai and Pune.
