In a legal market where talent is in strong demand, Amarchand Mangaldas has looked to two of India’s other leading law firms in its search for new partners.
The firm recently announced the appointments of Tushar Mavani, formerly a corporate partner with Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, and Ashish Jejurkar, who previously headed Luthra & Luthra’s corporate practice in Mumbai.
Mavani has significant expertise in corporate matters, M&A, arbitration and aviation. Jejurkar has experience in project finance and litigation work, while his current focus is on corporate matters, M&A and private equity.
