Dapiran has advised on initial public offerings in Greater China, raising in aggregate of almost US$80 billion.
He has led IPOs on behalf of Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Postal Savings Bank, China Everbright Bank, and the People’s Insurance Company (Group) of China.
He was previously a corporate partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell in Hong Kong, and prior to that was the managing partner of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Beijing.
