DLA Piper appointed M&A and private equity expert David Kuo as a partner in its Singapore corporate practice in a move to further strengthen the firm’s offering in Asia.
Kuo joins the firm from Milbank, where he was a partner since 2015. He is known for his expertise in M&A and private equity transactions, particularly in the real estate, technology and energy sectors.
With experience in transactions in Asia and the US, Kuo has advised on a wide range of cross-border M&A, business combinations, and private equity transactions.
