Law company Elevate announced it had acquired Cognatio Law, a Hong Kong-based flexible lawyering and legal consulting business serving in-house legal and compliance teams, as well as law firms across Asia-Pacific.
Cognatio will integrate its operations into Elevate’s business, which provides consulting, technology, tech-enabled managed services and flexible lawyering support to the legal sector globally.
The move expands Elevate’s reach and local expertise in Hong Kong and Singapore, building upon the company’s operations in four continents.
