Finance lawyer joins Latham & Watkins

Simon Hawkins recently joined the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins as a counsel in the financial institutions group.

Hawkins is experienced in advising banks, insurance companies, securities firms, fund managers, and fintech companies on a variety of complex transactions and regulatory matters.

Hawkins also advises on the regulatory aspects of capital markets and M&A deals involving financial institutions, and has expertise in structuring and negotiating bancassurance arrangements.
