Gibson Dunn expands Beijing and HK offices with two partners

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has recruited two partners for its Beijing and Hong Kong offices. Patricia Tan Openshaw will focus on her energy and infrastructure practice in Hong Kong, while Fang Xue bring to the Beijing office her expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions and other general corporate transactions.
