Fredrikson & Byron recruits proven corporate expert

Jun “Sharon” Shi has joined Fredrikson & Byron’s Shanghai office as an officer in the firm’s China, international and corporate governance groups.

Shi has a 20-year track record, practising in the areas of corporate, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and cross-border transactions.
