Chinese firm Grandall Law Firm has hired nine new equity partners in their Kunming, Zhengzhou, Hefei and Nanchang offices. The new partners have shared experience in the areas of capital markets, construction engineering, real estate, international trade, corporate compliance and taxation.
Pu Enhao, who will join the Kunming office, specialises in corporate legal affairs, disposal of non-performing assets, dispute resolution, construction and real estate, and investment and financing in Southeast Asia. Jin Yanshun and Huang Limin will join the Zhengzhou office. Jin specialises in corporate compliance, criminal defence, and dispute resolution. Huang specialises in restructuring, bankruptcy, and reorganisation, corporate risk prevention and corporate governance.
