Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company made a US$184 million initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 9 December. Greatview produces aseptic packaging which is used for storing and transporting perishable food and drinks. The share price was determined at HK$4.30 (US$0.55).
The company will use the proceeds from the IPO to further expand its operations both in China and internationally and to explore future potential acquisition opportunities.
