The Indian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) organized a roundtable discussion focusing on “Managing strategic exits” on 24 November 2017 at the Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel. The roundtable, held in association with IndusLaw, discussed topics including: Voluntary winding up under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code; Fast track exits under the Companies Act; Share disposition; Asset/business transfer; Employee relations; and Foreign exchange.

The 90-minute discussion was attended by about 25 general counsel and senior in-house counsel from companies including Apollo Tyres, CK Birla, Bharti Airtel, Punj Llyod, MMTC, Rites, Dalmia Cements, Escorts, SABIC, Ericsson, and Shell India Markets.
