Info Edge has increased its investment in Zomato Media, which runs the restaurant directory site Zomato.com. Info Edge had made several earlier investments in Zomato, but the latest was made together with an investment by US venture capital firm Sequoia Capital. Reuters reports that Info Edge subscribed to about US$9 million in convertible preference shares, while Sequoia invested around US$27 million.
