Anderson Mori & Tomotsune has appointed four senior foreign counsel into partnership, and hired a new senior foreign counsel in Tokyo, following the launch of its foreign law joint enterprise that was effective from 1 January 2021.
The appointed partners are Len Matsunaga (qualified in the US), Vassili Moussis (qualified in the UK), Teruma Naito (qualified in the UK), and Tu Jinning (qualified in China).
Arbitration lawyer David MacArthur also joined as a senior foreign attorney from Bae Kim & Lee in Seoul, where he was a senior foreign attorney for more than 14 years. MacArthur is qualified in the US and will jointly lead the firm’s international arbitration team with partner Aoi Inoue.
