JunHe has elected a new management committee, which will take office from 1 January 2021 and will be in office for a three-year term. Warren Hua will succeed Xiao Wei, a founding partner of JunHe, as the managing partner of the firm. Xiao will remain a member in the committee. Other committee members include Sammuel Zhao, Zhang Ping, Yu Yongqiang and Wu Lei.
