Kinstellar Southeast Asia, in association with Sok Siphana Sethalay Law Office, has strengthened its Cambodia practice with the addition of Sinath Un as a partner.
Un joins from SDS & Partners, where he was a founding partner. Before that, he worked at Bun & Associates and DFDL. He brings more than 18 years of experience in project finance, M&A, banking transactions and capital markets matters.
“His expertise further strengthens our capabilities in the Cambodia market and complements Daron Wong’s recent promotion to partner in our international finance practice,” Vanseka Sok, managing partner of Sok Siphana Sethalay Law Office, told Asia Business Law Journal.
Roman Hamala, an international partner at Kinstellar Southeast Asia in Cambodia, said the firm intended to continue expanding its team.
