Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer to join an AmLaw 100 firm in Shanghai. Our client, a prestigious US international law firm, is seeking a Legal Consultant to join their corporate team.
Job Requirements
• The ideal candidate will be a PRC or US-qualified lawyer with 3–4 years of experience in US IPOs and M&A transactions at leading law firms.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is essential.
