Job Description
Our client, a globally leading electronics manufacturer, seeks a commercially astute corporate lawyer to support its operations in China and Asia. This role offers flexibility based in either Zhuhai or Shenzhen, with opportunities for career growth within a dynamic and innovative legal team. In this role, you will provide legal advice on procurement and customer contracts, operational matters, and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
• To be considered, you must be PRC-qualified with over 5 years’ PQE in multinational companies or top-tier law firms.
• Strong drafting skills and the ability to adopt AI tools are essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
