In a triumph of sorts for L&L Partners, the firm managed to bring on board IndusLaw partners Nishant Singh and Sudipta Routh, plus their team of 11 and three lawyers, respectively.
An M&A expert, Singh had been at IndusLaw since 2014, and had also worked at Perkins Coie in San Francisco, and at Dewey & LeBeouf in New York.
Routh had previously been at L&L Partners from 2010 to 2015, before moving on to Agram Legal Consultants, and after that to Samvad Partners. Routh specialises in structuring funds, joint ventures, acquisitions, and formulating entry and investment strategies.
