Naik Naik & Co has promoted Malabika Boruah as a partner in Mumbai and has also appointed Stuti Shetty as chief operating officer.
Boruah, formerly an associate partner, brings more than 17 years of experience, specialising in technology, media and telecommunications law. She advises a wide range of clients, including leading media houses, talent and OTT platforms.
Drawing on her in-house experience, she has offered comprehensive commercial guidance, from structuring deals and through to completion.
Shetty, who has a legal background in England and Wales, combines legal expertise with strong business acumen. She has previously played a key role in the firm’s business development efforts, building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals and establishing a global client base across the UAE, India and the UK.
