Senior counsel Paras Kuhad, the founder and former managing partner of Paras Kuhad & Associates, has joined the Indian government’s legal team as an additional solicitor general (ASG) in the Supreme Court.

“It is a proud moment for the firm,” said Bhumesh Verma, a partner at Paras Kuhad & Associates.
Kuhad was appointed as senior counsel last year and since then has spent more of his time on litigation matters.
Senior counsel Rakesh Khanna and senior advocate Sidharth Luthra were also appointed as ASG.
