Seasoned technology and regulatory lawyer Rachana Rautray has joined JSA as a retained partner at the firm’s Mumbai office.
Rautray has close to a decade of post-qualification experience. She brings deep sectoral expertise across data privacy and governance, payments and settlement systems, gaming, content regulation, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, as well as intellectual property and commercial contracts.
Before joining JSA, she held senior roles at Trilegal, AZB & Partners, and L&L Partners. She most recently served as principal and head of the technology practice at Anagram Partners.
Rautray has advised a broad range of domestic and international clients, including global technology companies, fintechs, digital platforms, gaming companies, intermediaries, and e-commerce businesses, on complex regulatory and strategic matters.
