Singapore-based food and beverage company Sakae Holdings has signed a joint venture agreement with TCI Global Logistics to launch a chain of specialized sushi restaurants in India under the brand name Sakae Sushi.

Sakae Holdings was set up in 1996 and has a portfolio of 10 brands including Sakae Teppanyaki, Sakae Izakaya, Hibiki and Senjyu. The company is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
TCI Global Logistics is a supply chain and logistics solutions provider and a leader in cargo transportation in India. It provides end-to-end solutions including multimodal movement, customs clearance and freight forwarding.
