Junaira Rahman has been promoted to partnership at Samvad Partners in New Delhi. Senior partner Poornima Hatti told India Business Law Journal that the firm hoped to “capitalize on our employment law practice across the firm through Rahman’s elevation”.
Rahman, who has practised at the firm for eight years, specializes in private equity, venture capital, employment and general corporate matters. Her appointment gives Samvad a total of 14 partners. Hatti said Rahman has been an “integral part of the firm’s practice and culture” and that the team was “proud and excited” to welcome her to the partnership.
