All corporate counsel face the challenge of keeping up to speed on technology issues, so on 17 May, Professor Warren Chik, associate professor at Singapore Management University’s (SMU) School of Law, and Jeremy Tan, a director at Holborn Law, explored some major legal issues surrounding technology for the 22 corporate counsel in attendance.
