Tanner De Witt announced the appointment of Michael Kot and Mark Chiu to the firm’s employment department.

Kot previously worked as a solicitor at a Hong Kong law firm handling a range of employment matters, while Chiu joined the firm from the Equal Opportunities Commission of Hong Kong (EOC), where he was assistant legal counsel. He specializes in anti-discrimination laws, investigations and claims, in particular in the employment context.
Russell Bennett, partner and co-head of the firm’s employment practice, said: “Michael contributes an experienced outlook thanks to his prior role in employment law, while Mark adds another dimension to our practice due to his experience in anti-discrimination claims at the Equal Opportunities Commission.”
