Zaid Ibrahim adds partners in Malaysia

Zaid Ibrahim & Co, a member of ZICO Law, has added Chow Wan San and Tan Hui Lynn as partners to its Kuala Lumpur team.

Chow brings experience in banking and finance and advises local and foreign financial institutions, purchasers and lessors in matters involving asset financing, derivatives as well as cross-border bilateral and syndicated loan transactions. Tan’s field of expertise is in cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investments.

The firm said the two new partners would strengthen its corporate and banking teams in Kuala Lumpur.
