The Hong Kong office of Zhong Lun Law Firm has added a banking and finance team.

The team, led by consultants Joe Tam and Irene Lau, has acted on a broad range of onshore and offshore financing transactions with an emphasis on China-related transactions, including syndicated and bilateral loans, acquisition financing, debt restructuring, cross-border loan financing, onshore RMB loans, and outbound transactions between domestic banks and overseas borrowers.
