FenXun Partners has appointed Zhong Gang as a new partner for its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice group in Beijing. Zhong’s practice focuses on M&A, foreign direct investment and corporate and commercial matters. He has advised clients on major inbound foreign investment projects in China, and served as legal counsel to multinational companies.
