DaVita Healthcare Partners has purchased a 49% stake in Express Clinics, a chain of multi-specialty healthcare clinics located in Pune, Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
Express Clinics offers diagnostic facilities through doctor consultations, pathology and radiology, and drug screening.

US-based DaVita Healthcare is the parent company of DaVita Kidney Care, which provides dialysis services to patients with chronic kidney failure and end-stage renal disease. DaVita Kidney Care has dialysis centres in China, Colombia, Germany, India, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Taiwan.
