Hallam Chow recently joined Mayer Brown JSM’s banking & finance practice in Beijing as China head of projects. He previously worked at White & Case. Chow is experienced in advising lenders, equity investors and lessees – particularly those in China, Latin America and the Middle East – on major deals relating to project financing, acquisition financing, structured financing, aircraft leasing, energy and infrastructure, and oil and gas joint ventures.
