Global law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) expanded its transactional practice with the recruitment of Wing Cheung as their latest senior corporate finance partner, along with his nine-lawyer corporate finance team.
Cheung is focused on capital markets, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other transactional work. He joins HFW’s Hong Kong office from US law firm Locke Lord, where he was Hong Kong managing partner.
With significant experience in regulatory enforcement and compliance, Cheung has acted on major investigations and other proceedings by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
