Legal process outsourcing (LPO) provider Integreon has moved to larger premises in Noida. The 26,500-square-foot centre features 400 work stations and replaces an older facility in the city.
The LPO provider said its headcount had increased by 35% as a result of greater demand for outsourcing services and it had recruited more than 250 new associates, primarily for the company’s legal and research functions.

Integreon’s legal support services and LPO offerings include document review, contract management, due diligence, compliance and intellectual property management. The new facility also creates room for the expansion of the company’s document services and business support services offerings.
In addition, Noida will be the global hub for clients of Grail Research, the research division of Integreon. Grail offers custom services that help clients assess market opportunities, customers and competitive landscapes, and make strategic decisions.
The new centre features state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, lounges and gaming areas.
It also has on display a permanent exhibition of more than 100 examples of rare Indian art forms, including Sanjhi, the art of hand-cutting designs on paper, Bastar, a form of lost-wax sculpture, and Madhubani, a style of Indian painting.
Integreon was named LPO of the Year in 2013 by India Business Law Journal.
