Dechert’s new partner in the corporate and securities practice at the firm’s Hong Kong office has moved from Simmons & Simmons in Beijing.

Lewis Ho has represented international pharmaceutical companies including GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis in establishing research and development centres, as well as in negotiating more than 40 collaboration, outsourcing, joint venture and licensing deals with various life sciences companies, academic institutes, hospitals and contract research organisations. He advises clients in the life sciences, technology, and media and telecommunications sectors on patent litigation, technology transfers and commercial intellectual property matters.
