PL Engineering, a subsidiary of Punj Lloyd Group, has sold its shareholding in its UK-registered Simon Carves Engineering subsidiary to Engineers and Constructors International for US$2 million. Engineers and Constructors International is a US design and engineering company owned by Mitsui Group.
