Hogan Lovells has recruited two new partners to join the firm’s intellectual property (IP) practice in Hong Kong from Mayer Brown JSM.

Alan Chiu handles litigation, due diligence, licensing, defamation, and privacy. He has a computer forensic background and advises on domain names, social media issues, computer security, software and cloud contracts.

Eugene Low has IP experience in Hong Kong and mainland China. He advises on gaming laws, technology licensing and disputes, copyright clearance projects, and sporting and entertainment contracts and projects.–
